Occasional memorial poem for Count Sámuel Wass, dated by the year of his death. With an autograph dedication underneath the printed text: „Méltoságos Assessor Aranka Györgynek” (To His Excellency Assessor György Aranka), the leading figure of Transylvanian Enlightenment, nicknamed “the Kazinczy of Transylvania.” On the blank verso Aranka himself has noted: „Vettem 17ik Jul. 813. Gr. Lázárné küldötte meg” (Received 17 July 813, sent by Countess Lázár).
Dimensions: 360 × 225 mm.
