He reports receipt of two orders from the prince, and writes that the lords cannot arrive before Friday or Saturday (11–12 February 1684). Regarding Péter Ilosvai and László Gyulaffy he has written to Deputy-Lieutenant István Frater of Máramaros, but decisions would be better taken in their presence (likely connected to the Transylvanian Diet of 8 March 1684).
An exceptional document of Transylvanian history. Despite Teleki’s importance as one of the most influential politicians of his time, autograph letters by him are of the utmost rarity.
1 written page, with remains of red wax seal. Two small defects with slight text loss.
