Full description

The recipient was Bernát Heller, orientalist, who had asked Stein to contribute a study to the forthcoming Festschrift for Ignác Goldziher. Stein agrees, with two conditions: he can only deliver it at the end of March, and he will write in English – the translation to be arranged in Budapest. The volume was published in 1910 under the title Keleti tanulmányok Goldziher Ignácz születésének hatvanadik évfordulójára (Oriental Studies for the Sixtieth Birthday of Ignác Goldziher).
