Only these two volumes of the second journal in Pest were published. Its objective was to cover the widest range of subjects in order to convey the scientific and artistic issues of the western culture, as a contribution to raise the cultural standards in Hungary. 4 portraits and 6 plates are missing. In the first volume we find a plate not mentioned in reference books. In half cloth binding.
