A címlap előtti levélen, a latin nyelvű tanúsítvány (Nulla exemplaria agnoscit Auctor, quibus propria manu non subscripserit) alján a szerző saját kezű aláírása. Hendrik Hoogeveen (1712–1791) holland filológus latin nyelven írott ógörög nyelvtana két kötetben teljes.

Korabeli, díszes, dúsan aranyozott, bordázott gerincű, enyhén kopott egészbőr kötésben, gerincén aranyozott címvignettákkal, piros festésű lapszélekkel. Dekoratív, szép példány.
