A kötetbe helyezve Somogyi Ferenc "Az örökösödési szerződés szabályai 1351-től 1526-ig oklevelek alapján" (különlenyomat a Pécsi Jogász 1937. okt. 22. számából, 7 + [1] p.) című munkája; utolsó oldalán írógéppel "Nagyságos Daróczy Zoltán úrnak" címezve, felbélyegezve, postai bélyegzéssel. Fűzve, enyhén sérült kiadói borítóban, részben felvágatlan példány.
