[Nagyszombat] Tyrnaviae, 1699. Typis Academicis, per Johannem Andream Hörmann. [12] + 53 + [7] + [4] + 44 p. A második résznek önálló címlapja van. Otrokocsi katolizálása, majd római tanulmányútja után, 1699-ben kapott meghívást a nagyszombati akadémia jogi tanszékére. Bár főleg teológiai munkáiról ismert, a felkérést ezzel a joghallgatók számára írt tankönyvvel kívánta megköszönni. Rövid összefoglalásában szól a jog fogalmáról, fajtáiról, a jogi személyekről, dolgokról, a peres eljárásról. Függelékében az egyes törvényeinkben előforduló jogi kifejezések magyar gyökereit kutatja.

RMK II. 1972. Kopottas, több helyen sérült korabeli félbőr kötésben, az oldalak felső része erősen megvágva, néhol kisebb szöveghiánnyal.
