Hubschmannova - R. Dzurko, Ich bin wieder Mensch geworden, Leipzig 1990, M. Preussova - R. Dzurko, Cesta, kterou bloudis, je cesta, kterou sis zvolil, (The way in which you go astray is the way you have chosen) Arbor vitae, Prague 1995, Starting Price: CZK 65,000; USD 1,903; EUR 2,163, Estimated price: (70,000 - 90,000) CZK., The bass used to have golden eyes and hair and was playing on the meadow and used to be rich - it had a black prince.... only for a while. Now it's lying - cut across... (Erika Manus). Romany artist and self-taught R. Dzurko started working on an experiment with glass rubble in the 1970s where he was living with his family in Skalice near Novy Bor. He improved and developed his technique; he glued the rubble on cut glass plates, which in case of damage prevents the whole glass picture breaking. He makes original pictures not only because of the technique but also the topics.
