Kolofon: „Ez a könyv a Magyar Bibliophil Társaság kiadása a 900 éves Szent Imre jubileum alkalmából. Készült Kner Izidor könyvnyomdájában Gyomán, 1930 májusában, ötszáz számozott példányban. A rendes kiadáson kívül merített papirosra tíz külön példány vonatott le.” Példányunk az ullersdorfi merített papírra nyomtatott tíz példány egyike.
