Nürnberg, 1724. J. Ch. Weigel, J. E. Adelbulnern. (7)+262+(2)p.+ +31 színes térk. Johann Gottfried Gregorii (1685-1770) dornheimi pap kozmográfiája első alkalommal 1717-ben jelent meg. A gyönyörűen színezett kétoldalas és kihajtható lapokon a szférák, a bolygók pályája, a szélrózsa ábrázolása és a csillagképek térképét követően a teljes Föld, Európa, majd a kontinens egyes országainak, végül a Török Birodalom, a Szentföld, Ázsia, Afrika és Amerika mappája következik. A kéziatlaszhoz alapos magyarázatok járulnak, amelyek az földrajzi viszonyokon kívül az ábrázolt területre vonatkozó történeti ismereteket is közölnek. Az ég- és földleírás elsősorban tankönyvnek készült. Példányunkat a térképlapok páratlanul szép, harmonikus színezése teszi rendkívül becsessé. Korabeli pergamenkötésben.
