Alfred Friedl was a Passau restorer, sculptor and possibly also an upholsterer, active in the 1920s. The sculptor and restorer Ludiwika Braun was his student. Together with the Passau artist Konrad Schmid, Friedl designed the Brother Konrad Fountain on the market square in Perlesreut, which was moved to the church in 1972. Friedl was friends with and influenced by Carry Hauser and Georg Philipp Wörlen.
PLEASE NOTE:
The purchase price consists of the highest bid plus the buyer's premium, sales tax and, if applicable, the fee of artists resale rights. In the case of normal taxation (marked ° at the estimate), a premium of 24% is added to the highest bid. The mandatory sales tax is added to the sum of the highest bid and the buyer's premium.
