Eduard Robitschko was an Austrian sculptor and student of Fritz Wotruba. He emerged primarily with art in public spaces in Vienna. Among other things, he created the listed ceramic wall reliefs “Work” and “Holiday” in the Dürauergasse urban residential complex in Hernals, Vienna. This is the earliest work in a community building on the topic of leisure and the only comparison on the topic of work. He also created the Schrammel monument on Dornbacher Strasse in Vienna, which is dedicated to the Viennese musician and composer Josef Schrammel and the Schrammel Quartet (Josef Schrammel, Johann Schrammel, Anton Strohmayer and Georg Dähner).
