Luxuskiadás, minden illusztráció kétféle változatban bekötve. Megjelent összesen 500 kézzel számozott példányban, melyből az első 150 japán papírra nyomtatott; ebből ez „exemplaire offert”, a kiadó saját kezű aláírásával. Példányunk kolofonjából az ajándékozott neve kitörölve. Ezekkel az illusztrációkkal ez a mű első kiadása. Prov.: Daniel Henry Jr. Holmes (Ex libris).

Egységes, korabeli, díszes, dúsan aranyozott, álbordás, vörös egészmaroquin kötésben, aranyozott lapszélekkel. A kötéstáblák közepét kijelölő, négyes léniakeret sarkainál bordó intarziával díszített, aranyozott futórózsa-motívumok. A kötés szignált: „David”. Gyönyörű példány.
