A jelentés az 1838-as pesti árvíz által a borospincékben és raktárakban okozott károkról számol be.
Az első levélen „Gr. Széchenyi István hagyatéka” és „Storno-Levéltár” bélyegzés.
A nyomtatvány utolsó (üres) levelének verzóján ismeretlen kéz által „Méltóságos Gróf Széchenyi István urnak” „Czenk”-re megcímezve, eredeti, vörös viasz zárpecséttel. A feladás helye és ideje: Sopron, 1838. május 6.
Egy nyomtatott ív hajtogatva. Rendkívül érdekes Széchenyi-relikvia, a magyar borászat történetének jelenős, ritka dokumentuma.
