Széchenyi Pál autográf aláírásával. A röpirat szerzőségét illetően megoszlanak a vélemények. Több forrás szerint Széchenyi István írása, míg mások Zichy Rezsőt vagy Zichy Henriket tarják szerzőnek. Lásd: Szentkirályi: 82. p. Olyan feltételezés is létezik, hogy épp Széchenyi Pál csempészte ki Döblingből a kéziratot külföldre. Akárki a szerző, a röpirat szellemisége Széchenyi István elgondolásait tükrözi, így azután a bécsi rendőrség az elérhető példányokat elkobozta, megsemmisítette és ezután meggátolták, hogy kikerüljenek gondolatai a fogságból. Fűzve, kiadói, enyhén foltos, halványsárga papírborítóban. A lapéleken aranymetszéssel. 24,2 cm. Ritka!
