Zsolnay Ornamental Flower Stand
Wheel-thrown white ceramic. Painted with metallescent, marbled, coloured so-called “labrador” eosin glazes. Mouth rim map-cracked. Marked on bottom: pressed in clay 644 (form number) and size number, and embossed, round, stamp-like branding with the same glaze as the base coating. Zsolnay, Pécs, around 1900. H.: 17 cm Diameter: 23 cm
