Zsolnay Ornamental Vase
Porcelain faience. With plastic handles cast into shape. Contour drawn, relief-like decoration on the surface – with trees and flying birds. Painted with colored, metal shine eosin glazes. Map cracked on mouth rim and restored. Designer: Sándor Apáti Abt/school work plan, 1903./ Marked on the bottom: pressed 7165 (year 1903) form number and overglaze eosin stamped brand mark. Zsolnay, Pécs, around 1930. Height: 17.8 cm
