Wheel-thrown porcelain ware. On ivory base, Japanese rockery, peonies and butteflies painted with gilded contours and high-fire, coloured glazes. Recurring motifs in alternating colours on rims, brocade-looking flower decoration on neck. Decoration design: Júlia Zsolnay. Tiny restorations on mouth rim. Marked on bottom: 1114 (form number from 1883) etched in clay by hand, blue-painted family sign under glaze. Zsolnay, Pécs, 1883. H.: 31.5 cm
