A címlapokon található egy-egy, a dévényi várromot, illetve a cseklészi Esterházy kastélyt ábrázoló, rézmetszetű vignetta a cseh Clemens Kohl munkája. A térkép alkotója Krieger Sámuel. Pastinszky 32/261.
Korabeli félbőr kötésben, gerince alja és teteje kopott, foszlik, régi lengyel bélyegzéssel, jó állapotban.
