Wildner Ignác ügyvéd az 1839-40. évi országgyűlésen Deák Ferenccel megalkotta a váltótörvényt, a kereskedőkről, a gyárakról, a közkereseti társaságokról, az alkuszokról és fuvarosokról szóló, valamint a csődtörvényt. Ezért az uralkodótól magyar nemesi címet kapott.
