A szerző írásában a reformkori liberális nemesség programját és céljait foglalja össze a nemzetiségi politikával kapcsolatban, különösen kiemelve az orosz birodalom által támogatott pánszlávizmus veszélyének jelentőségét. Néhány levél enyhén foltos.
Korabeli, aranyozott gerincű félpergamen kötésben, festett lapszélekkel, a gerincen aranyozott fekete címvignetta. Szép példány.
