Bukarestben, (valójában Lipcse) 1833. (Wigand Ottó) XXXVI, 323p. A szerző legfontosabb munkája. A polgári átalakulást sürgető röpirat. Wesselényi a cenzúra miatt arra kényszerül, hogy 1833 késő őszén a kéziratot kijutassa Lipcsébe. Végül a mű itt jelenik meg Otto Wigandnál, a kiadási helynek Bukarestet jelölve. A csel bejött. Metternich ügynökei a bukaresti nyomdát a pincétől a padlásig felkutatták. Korabeli, díszes, feliratozott gerincű félbőr-kötésben, a fejrésznél apró pótlás. Ritka könyv.
