Lőcsen, 1660. Brever Lőrintz által. (86)+551+(43)+(134)p.+1 kihajt. mell. Két hasábban szedve latin és magyar nyelven. Beosztása és tartalma az 1637. évi lőcsei kiadást követi, annak csaknem teljes terjedelmében sorhű utánszedése. Annál azonban jóval ritkább kiadás. Az „Index” itt is önálló belső címlappal rendelkezik. Enyhén viseltes, korabeli bőrkötésben. A címlap javítva, néhány levele foltos. RMK I 958.; RMK II 955., 956.
