Az atlasz a természet három birodalmának - állatok, növények és ásványok - reprezentatív fajait mutatja be. Az album a címlappal együtt összesen ötvenkét részletes, finoman színezett táblát tartalmaz, melyekből öt tónusos litográfia, negyvenhét akvarellel színezett litográfia. A kötet végén tárgymutatóval.

Harántfolio, sötétzöld és aranyozott, kiadói vászonkötésben. Szép példány: a táblák tiszták, helyenként elvétve enyhe, kisebb foxing.
