Pesth, 1834. gedruckt mit v. Trattner-Károlyi'schen Schriften. 30p. A felvidéki származású Wágner Dániel a pesti egyetemen szerzett gyógyszerészi oklevelet, majd Bécsben a magyarok közül elsőként nyerte el a vegyészdoktori címet. Pozsonyban, majd Pesten nyitott patikát. Gyógyszertárának laboratóriumából fejlesztette ki az első pesti vegyészeti gyárat, mely később Hungária Vegyiművek néven működött tovább. Hazánkban ő honosította meg a törvényszéki kémiai elemzéseket. A Természettudományi Társulat alapító tagja volt. Korabeli papírborítóban. Győry: 49. old.
