Institutiones Iuris Criminalis Hungarici. Budae, 1819. Typis regiae Universitatis Hungaricae. XXVIII, 538 l. Korabeli félbőr-kötésben. Vuchetich Mátyás (1767-1824) horvát származású pesti egyetemi tanár, jogtudós. "A Magyar Büntetőjog Rendszere" című művét 1819-ben írta, még latin nyelven,melyben a magyar büntetőjog rendszerét mutatja be. Az első igazán tudományos értékű, európai mércével is méltónak tekinthető mű, amelyben a szerző a ma is vallott emberi jogi elvek mellett kötelezte el magát, beleértve a kínzás elutasítását, az ártatlanság vélelmét, s megfogalmazza az emberi méltóság tiszteletben tartásának igényét. Első kiadás.
