Az első, később befűzött nyomtatott levél, ajándékozási bejegyzés 1799-es dátummal, korabeli névbeírásokkal és az arnhemi rektor, D. A. Jacobi aláírásával.
Vinnius (1588-1657) korának legnagyobb holland jogásza volt, később a leideni egyetem rektora. Számos jogi munkát publikált, amelyben figyelembe vette az ősi, jogi formulákat és a helyi szokásjogot is.
Későbbi, valószínűleg 1799 körüli egészpergamen-kötésben, első és hátsó tábláján vaknyomásos, aranyozott, Arnhem városának kétfejű, sasos címerével. Friss, szinte tökéletes példány, a metszet és a könyvtest is tiszta. Tokban. Nem találtunk belőle példányt, unikális kötet.
