A kötetben található leplezetlenül pajzán, buja verseket az 1800-as évek utolsó évtizedében ismerhette meg a francia közönség. Később Szabó Lőrinc fordításában jutott el a magyar olvasókhoz. Könyvkereskedői forgalomba nem került, titokban árusították.
Fűzve, kiadói borítóban. Nagyon ritka könyv.
