A címlap előtti levélen korabeli, tintás bejegyzés: „The Alterations are by the Author has it will appear in the second Edition.” Példányunkban a 254–255., 306., 317., 321., 324., 326., 331–332., 338., 367–368., 406. és a 442–445. oldalon a szerző saját kezű javításai, angol nyelvű szöveg-betoldásai és áthúzásai.
Példányunk végéről hiányzik az Index utolsó 5 levele. A metszetek kissé foltosak, a kihajtható térkép vászonra vonva, kisebb sérülésekkel, apró hiányokkal.
