A Chicago Tribune által, a Tribune kiadóvállalat számára építendő központi irodaházra kiírt tervpályázat pályamunkáit bemutató kötet. A „modern amerikai építészet fordulópontjaként” aposztrofált tervpályázatra több mint 260 pályamunka érkezett, közöttük két magyar is: a 244. táblán szereplő, Lechner Jenő által jegyzett terv, valamint testvére, Lechner Lóránd és Kautzky Tivadar közös pályamunkája (245. tábla). Mindkét magyar vonatkozású tervet a zsűri „Honorable mention” (figyelemreméltó) jelöléssel látta el.

Aranyozott kiadói vászonkötésben, eredeti, restaurált kartontokjában, egy melléklettel. Megkímélt állapotú, jó példány.
