Simona, (Chronicle of graphic works) Prague 1937, no. 27 in the list of graphic works of art; only a few copies have been preserved Condition: the etching is slightly folded, Starting Price: CZK 5,500; USD 161; EUR 183, Estimated price: (6,000 - 7,000) CZK., Otakar Spaniel (1881 - 1955), a Czech sculptor, plaque maker and wood-carver has been known and appreciated up to today. He is famous mainly for his portrait plaques, coin designs and specific relief door decoration of the west portal of St. Vitus Cathedral.
