(4), 1 t., 286 p.; (4), 1 t., 186, (2) p. - 232 mm. Az 1937-es évben mindössze egy szám jelent meg a folyóiratból, így a II. évfolyam az 1938-as ötödik számmal indul. A címlapot Buday György tervezte. A kor egyik legjelentősebb filozófiai folyóiratában rendszeresen publikált Marót Károly, Bartók György, Tettamanti Béla, Imre Sándor, Újszászy Kálmán, Makkai Sándor, valamint Joó Tibor. Korabeli, gerincén aranyozott félvászon-kötésben.
