Buda, év nélk. Typis Regiae Universitatis. [4] + 126 p. + I-V. számozott, kihajtható rézm. t. A táblákat metszette Binder János Fülöp. A II. tábla fénymásolattal pótolva.
A műnek négy kiadása ismeretes, egy évszám nélküli, valamint egy 1818, egy 1823 és egy 1837 évi kiadás. Árverésünkön szereplő példánya is az évszám nélküli kiadásból való, az előzéklapon 1810-es datálású tulajdonosi bejegyzéssel. E szerint az évszám nélküli kiadás az első, és feltehetőleg 1810 évben vagy azt megelőzően adták ki.
