Signed in the mid part: with a monogram
Critical review of the Museum of Fine Arts attached to the reverse:73/2008.
It is a later copy of the original etching in copper of the self-portrait of Rembrandt completed app. in 163O. This proof sheet was printed on paper in the 17th, latest in the 18th century, cut round to the edge of plate, one of its corner has been neatly repaired.
