496 számozatlan, tintával beírt oldal.
A végéhez kötve: XVIII. századi Liptó és Trencsén vármegyei okmányok kéziratos gyűjteménye 1754-ig bezárólag.
Korabeli díszesen aranyozott gerincű, barokk egészbőr kötésben. Megkímélt állapotú, nagyon szép kötet.
