Pinot Noir Sommelier 2015 – Kristinus Borbirtok
Évjárat: 2015, Termelő: Kristinus Borbirtok, Készlet: 2 000 palack, Árverési tétel: 3 palack, 0,75 liter. Kizárólag a kéthelyi dűlők terméséből, gondos kézimunkával termesztett alapanyag. Kis tőkeformák, hektáronként 4000 db feletti tőkeszámok. A szőlő beszállítása a szüretet követően nagyon rövid időn belül megtörténik, mivel az ültetvények a borászathoz nagyon közel találhatóak. A gyors és kíméletes feldolgozást a fehér szőlőknél egy maximum 1 Bar-os préselés követ, a must 500 literes tölgyfahordóba kerül erjesztésre. Tulajdonos/Felajánló: Kristinus Borbirtok Kft.
