Kiadta Gróf Apponyi Albertné elnöklete alatt a Petőfi-ház Hölgybizottsága. Készült 500 számozott példányban, melyből ez a 318. számú. A könyv kötését Debrecenben Dávidházi Kálmán könyvkötő mester készítette.
Bordázott gerincű, festett, dúsan aranyozott, illusztrált kiadói egészbőr díszkötésben, poncolt aranymetszéssel, nagyon szép példány.
