Finely illustrated throughout in color and with 16 tipped-in color plates within decorative borders, numerous full-page illustrations, each text leaf with elaborate pictorial borders, the text in calligraphy. Gray cloth-bound, decorated in gilt on the spine, and gilt and color on the upper board. Decorated endpapers. Light wear to the edges and spine tips. First edition in very fine condition.
