A mű négy kötetben teljes, itt csak a Pestet és Budát leíró első kötet szerepel.
Korabeli félvászon-kötésben, a gerincen aranyozott címfelirattal. A gerine mentén kissé repedt, ettől eltekintve megkímélt állapotú példány.
