Nicolas Schöffer (Schöffer Miklós) (Kalocsa, 1912. szeptember 6. – Párizs, 1992. január 8.) magyar születésű francia képzőművész, a művészettörténet első kibernetikus művének alkotója, a kibernetikus művészet megteremtője és kiemelkedő képviselője. A kibernetikus alkotás vezérlési és visszacsatolási ciklusok mentén reagál a környezetből érkező jelekre, így szemben a kinetikus művekkel, működése nem előre determinált, hanem a környezetre jellemző véletlenek függvénye.
