Paris, 1902-1903. Charpentier. 10 db. Alfred de Musset (1810-1857) francia költő, drámaíró. A romantikus irodalom kiemelkedő képviselője, a Victor Hugo köré csoportosuló költők közül a legjelentősebb. Musset műveinek hangvétele sokszor könnyeden ironikus, de elsősorban a szenvedélyes érzelmek és fájdalmak költője. Legszebb lírai költeményeit a George Sand iránti szerelme, majd a szakítás fájdalma ihlette. Prózai főműve A század gyermekének vallomása. Elegáns, bibliofil félmaroquin-kötésben, a borítóval és az előzéklappal harmonizáló festett lapszélekkel. Mindegyik kötet Gottermayer Nándor pecsétjével. Szép, egységes sorozat.
