Vastag papirosra nyomtatott luxus-kiadásváltozat, a szerkesztő saját példánya, családi címeres ex librise a címlap hátoldalára ragasztva. I. Ferdinánd és II. Miksa császár és magyar király levelei, többek között a török Portához. Kéziratokból közzétette Miller Jakab Ferdinánd. A szerkesztő a kiadás idején már képzett bibliográfus, Széchényi Ferenc könyv- és érmegyűjteményének őre, 1808-ban a Nemzeti Múzeum igazgatójának választották. Az első, számozatlan levélen korabeli kézírásos bejegyzés.

Korabeli, díszesen aranyozott gerincű egészbőr kötésben, kötéstábláit szegélyező aranyozott hármas léniával, gerincén aranyozott vörös és fekete címvignettákkal, aranyozott lapszélekkel. Gyönyörű példány, rendkívül ritka könyv.
