Az 57 színes, dupla oldalas térképlapból álló atlasz hasonmása, Mercator híres atlaszának első teljes kiadása, a Donaueschingen-i Fürstlich Fürstenbergischen Hofbibliothek eredeti példánya után készült.
Limitált luxuskiadás, csak reprezentációs célokra, a kiadó „barátai” számára készült. Kolofon: „Diese Ausgabe erscheint exclusiv für die Freunde des Hauses Coron. Sie ist ausschliesslich durch die vom Coron Verlag beauftragten Repräsentanten zu beziehen.”
A kötet végébe helyezve egy plusz Germania térképlap.
Az eredeti, holland típusú bőrkötés alapján készült, bordázott gerincű, vaknyomásos bőrkötésben (Buchbinderei Richard Mayer, Stuttgart), nagyon szép példány.
