Egy haránt alakú, nyomtatott és beírt levél. M: 21×34 cm.
„Mi Nemes Máramaros Vármegyében Coronális és Privilegiáltt Szigeth Várossában lévő csizmadia Czéhnek…Szanits István sárospataki ifjú Mesterlegényhez illendőképpen 24 hétig a Müvhelyben lakott… Mint Szent havának 12 napján, 1703 esztendőben. A céhmesterek olvasható aláírásával, a levél bal sarka felhajtva, szárazpecséttel.
Nagyon korai mesterlevél, néhány sárgás folttal, egy hajtással, jó állapotban.
