Érdekes korabeli bejegyzésekkel: A két egymáshoz hasonló szöveg azt tartalmazza, hogy Jancsik Cézár ferences szerzetesnek (aki akkor nyilván a pápai kolostor tagja volt, mert oda keltezi a szöveg az engedélyt) 1763. április 30-án a Szűz Máriáról nevezett rendtartomány tartományfőnöke, Háczay Márton engedélyezte e könyv használatát. Azaz magánál tartását, hiszen a ferenceseknek nem lehetett magántulajdonuk. A másik bejegyzés szerint ezt az öt kötetet (nálunk csak 3), később Szalay János rábakovácsi plébános birtokolta, majd 1770. december 10-én Kertész Lőrinc ikervári plébános vette meg tőle. A rábakovácsi Menyhárd Mihály nevének említésével is.
A három kötet korabeli, megkímélt egészpergamen-kötésben, gerincen tintával írt cím.
