[Ez a] 6. sz.” A nyomtatott szöveg alatt Lehel Ferenc és Herman Lipót saját kezű aláírásával. A könyv utolsó (üres) levelén Herman Lipót saját kezű, egész oldalas tusrajza, alatta dedikáló sorai: „Bálint Zoltán barátomnak szeretettel Herman Lipót. Budapest, 1921.”
