Kossuth Lajos kormányzó felhívása az osztrákok által kiadni tervezett kincstári utalványok ügyében. A kormányzó utasítása szerint ezeket az utalványokat ne fogadják el, mert nincs mögöttük fedezet. Aki elfogadja „honárulo fog tekintetni és büntettetni.”
Megkímélt, igen jó állapotú példány. A 48-49-es szabadságharc kordokumentuma.
