Platon Mihajlovics Kerzsencev (1881-1940) az 1930-as években a Kommunista Akadémia Irodalmi Intézetének igazgatója. Bulgakov, Babel, Meyerhold meghurcolója, de áldozatait nem sokkal éli túl; őt is kivégzik.
