Farkas Kempelen, scholar, innovator. This multiple lot contains 3 fragments of autograph letters by Kempelen to prince Albert of Teschen, and 2 letters by the prince to Kempelen. The Kempelen fragments (6 pages) refer to the restoration of a palace, also containing a list of the necessary items, and with a section about domestic affairs, and he also gives his opinion about the prince's resolution to move. The Prince's letters (10 pages) answer Kempelen's list, asking him to try to reduce the budget of the project.
