A kötet végén egykori tulajdonosa bejegyzése: „A törvényszék Pálfy tanácsa 1938 IV. 13-án a katonaság intézménye elleni izgatás címén egyhónapi fogházra ítélte Hercz Gy. tisztviselőt. Egyik vers izgató tartalmú. Az ítélet nem jogerős.” Fűzve, kiadói papírborítóban. 25 cm.
